The analysis that used to take a team a quarter.
Three capabilities, each doing the work of one dimension — so the programme runs on evidence from the first week rather than the eighth.
It does the reading. It does not do the negotiating.
The platform removes the part of a cost programme that was always slow and never valuable on its own: assembling the evidence. It reads every invoice line and every contract, and it does that in days.
What it does not do is decide which supplier relationship is worth protecting, judge when a renegotiation is badly timed, or sit across a table and close the deal. That is done by people with decades of doing it — and they now arrive at that table already knowing everything the data holds, rather than three months into finding out.
What the AI actually does
One job per dimension. It is not a chatbot and it does not form opinions — it reads, extracts and reconciles, at a volume and speed a team cannot.
Demand
Reads every invoice line and ERP record to establish what the business actually consumes, against what it is contracted and billed for. Surfaces duplication, licences for people who have left, and capacity sized for a business that has since changed shape.
Supply
Resolves supplier records that the ledger holds under four different spellings, consolidates spend to a single view per supplier, and exposes the long tail that no one has looked at in years.
Commercial
Extracts obligations, service levels, rate tables, renewal windows, notice periods and exit rights from the contract estate — including the scanned ones — and flags what is about to lapse.
Governance
Tracks every opportunity from identification to a saving your finance team has signed off, with the supporting document attached at each step, and reconciles against the baseline so a cost that moves elsewhere is not counted.
Spend & supplier analytics
Ingests your ERP and accounts payable data and builds an evidenced spend baseline. Every supplier, every category, every duplicate — replacing assumption with a defensible starting point that nobody in the room can argue with.
Contract intelligence
Turns the contract estate from a filing cabinet into a queryable asset. Obligations, service levels and rate tables extracted; renewal windows, SLA credits and exit rights surfaced automatically, with months of warning instead of days.

Value assurance
A live, client-facing view of every opportunity, its owner, its status and its evidence — running through delivery and continuing after we hand over. This is what your CFO audits against, and what makes the refund mechanism enforceable.
Evidence, attached
Every claimed saving carries its supporting artefact. Open the line, see the document.
Named ownership
Each opportunity has an owner and a time-boxed escalation path. Nothing drifts.
Not a one-off exercise
Governance runs on after we leave. Leakage returns unless somebody is watching, so the view stays live rather than becoming a report in a drawer.
Your data, and what happens to it.
We are asking for your accounts payable ledger, your ERP spend data and your contract estate. That is among the most commercially sensitive material you hold, and it is reasonable for it to be the first thing you ask about.
What we take
Transactional spend data and contract documents, for the period and entities in scope. Nothing more. We do not need personnel records, customer data or anything that identifies individuals, and we ask you not to send it.
Where it sits
Hosted securely in the United Kingdom, under a non-disclosure agreement signed before any data moves. It is not transferred outside the UK without your written agreement.
Who sees it
Access is limited to the named engagement team, listed in the engagement letter. Not a general pool of consultants, and not subcontracted without your written agreement.
When it goes
Returned or destroyed when the engagement closes, or earlier at your request, with written confirmation. Retention periods are set out in the engagement terms.
Full detail is in our privacy policy and in the engagement terms.
