Who we are
This website is operated by Meruit AI, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us through the enquiry form.
By using this site, you accept these terms
By using this website you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may amend these terms at any time; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
This site is information, not advice
The content of this website is provided for general information about what we do. It is not professional, financial, procurement or legal advice, and you should not act on it without taking appropriate advice for your own circumstances.
Figures, sample screens and illustrative engagement data shown on this site are examples used to explain our method. They are not client results, not forecasts, and not a representation of what any particular engagement will achieve.
Nothing here creates an engagement
Using this site, submitting the enquiry form, or corresponding with us does not create a contract between us and does not oblige either of us to proceed. Our commercial relationship, if we have one, is governed solely by a signed engagement letter and the terms attached to it.
The commercial model and guarantee described on this site are a summary of how we usually work, written in plain terms so you know what to expect. They are indicative. The binding version is whatever the signed contract says, and where this site and the contract differ, the contract governs.
The enquiry form
When you use the enquiry form, please provide accurate information and do not submit anything on behalf of someone else without their authority. We ask you not to send spend data, contract documents or other commercially sensitive material through the form; that material belongs under a non-disclosure agreement, which we will put in place first.
How we handle the information you submit is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
We own or are licensed to use all intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including the Meruit name and marks, the Meruit Value Roadmap, and our method and framework as described here. You may view and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of it commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or for any fraudulent or harmful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or overload the site;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for commercial purposes.
Availability
We do not guarantee that this site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
Links to other sites
Where this site links to a third-party site, that link is provided for information only. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we will not be liable for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, or from reliance on any content on it.
This section concerns the website only. Liability in relation to an engagement is dealt with in the engagement contract.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or the use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
